2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. Talk to God about what is going on in your life. Buy a lock if you have to.  

3. When you wake up in the morning complete the following statement, 'My purpose is to __________ today. I am thankful for ______________'.  

4. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.  

5. Drink green tea and plenty of water. Eat blueberries, wild Alaskan salmon, broccoli, almonds & walnuts.  

6. Try to make at least three people smile each day.  

7. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip, energy vampires, issues of the past, negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.  

8. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a College kid with a maxed out charge card.  

9. Life isn't fair, but it's still good.

10. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.

11. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.

12. You are not so important that you have to win every argument. agree to disagree.

13. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.

14. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.

15. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.

16. Frame every so-called disaster with these words: 'In five years, will this matter?'

17. Forgive everyone for everything.

18. What other people think of you is none of your business.

19. GOD heals everything - but you have to ask Him.

20. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.

21. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch!!!

22. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.

23. Each night before you go to bed complete the following statements: I am thankful for __________. Today I accomplished _________.

24. Remember that you are too blessed to be stressed.

25. When you are feeling down, start listing your many blessings. you'll be smiling before you know it.

  儲存譴責,憎恨,悲傷,恐懼..等等?
切莫如此!你正在背離幸運
你務必留有空間,讓新的事情來到你的生命
你務必在你內心以及你的生命中,
把沒用的東西清掉,以讓幸福到來
空虛的力量就是能吸引與攝取你所期望的事物.
物質上或精神上,只要你仍有老舊無用的感覺,
你就沒有空間去接受新機運.
物品總要循環,
清一清你的抽屜,衣櫃,工作室,車庫…
把那些不再使用的東西清離開
想要保存一堆沒有用東西的心態,
把你的生活打亂.
並不是那些東西拖延你的生活
而是那個存留的心態
當我們儲存,我們認為可能需要,可能缺乏
我們相信明天它會不足,以及我們沒辦法去滿足需要.
為此,你告訴你的大腦和你的生命,兩件事:
第一, 你不信任明天
第二,你認為新的和好的事,不會為你來臨
因此你鼓勵自己儲存老舊無用的東西
為了避免失去光華及豔麗
讓新事物進入你的家
以及你的生命

   親愛的老公,你到哪兒去了呢?這半年來,每天早晨我為你洗臉、梳頭、刮鬍子,再備上一碗溫熱細柔的蛋花湯做為一天的序幕。而今,刮鬍刀靜靜地躺在角落,梳子不再忙碌穿梭,連溫熱的蛋花湯也無措地涼了下來。到底你到哪兒去了呢?
  他們說,你未曾遠離,就佇在我身旁不遠處。於是我費力地、仔細地找尋蛛絲馬跡:風兒翻飛窗簾,我急急倚在窗前;電梯叮噹作響,我匆匆候在門邊;午夜夢迴,我睜亮雙眼,是你嗎?是你前來撫慰我的悲淒嗎?
  他們說,頭七當日,你會回家探視親人,於是我把菜餚、點心、熱茶佈上餐桌,和孩子們畫一張歡迎海報,並清理書桌,留燈方便你尋路,孩子們也早早上床,盼你入夢。可是你終究沒來,是你對我們太放心?是極樂世界太美妙,讓你流連忘返?還是你不願我們牽掛太多?
  感謝上天,也感謝親朋的協助,讓我們擁有數月珍貴的獨處時光。俗務、孩子都卸下、舍下了,身體舒適時,我們唱唱歌、談談心、聊聊過往,偶爾提及孩子們的趣事,你竟笑出淚來,連眼睛、鼻子也皺在一塊兒,那是我最安慰、最開心的時刻。你可知道,你的快樂是我最大的喜悅?當疼痛來襲,日子最是難捱,無論我多麼努力,也難以分擔你的一絲一毫,只能無助地握著你的手,默默流淚。
  你對我說:「妳的握手擁抱,比止痛針還有效。」我聽了心如刀割:你是如何堅強的忍耐身心的疼痛啊!回首這六個月,猶如夢境一場,而你的離去,卻是再難甦醒的惡夢。
  難忘每回週末,是我最煎熬的日子,孩子等我回家,對你又割捨不下。
  是啊!即使你病痛纏身,一星期只給孩子一晚,也是應該的,所以我終究回家陪孩子了。
  你嘴上不說,內心卻極不安穩,有一天終於鬧起脾氣,家人束手,催我速速返院,而每次返院,又必先經歷佑佑的落寞、小小的牽纏和元元的淚水。
  當時我真是既生氣又傷心,大家都為你著想,我們還有孩子呢!你得學著堅強點啊!而今回首,悔恨不已,早知如此短促,我當無時無刻守候、讓你安心、讓你快樂、讓你一睜眼就能見到我。
  還記得某一天,我倆在病榻前閒話家常,一向木訥的你,突然對我說:「我這輩子最好的事就是娶到妳。」,「謝謝妳對我這麼好。」當時內心百感交集,不知如何回應,只能無言擁抱。其實,我也同樣感謝你,感謝你豐富了我的生命,留下無盡善緣與無窮回憶,供我來日細細品味。
