2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. Talk to God about what is going on in your life. Buy a lock if you have to.  

3. When you wake up in the morning complete the following statement, 'My purpose is to __________ today. I am thankful for ______________'.  

4. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.  

5. Drink green tea and plenty of water. Eat blueberries, wild Alaskan salmon, broccoli, almonds & walnuts.  

6. Try to make at least three people smile each day.  

7. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip, energy vampires, issues of the past, negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.  

8. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a College kid with a maxed out charge card.  

9. Life isn't fair, but it's still good.

10. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.

11. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.

12. You are not so important that you have to win every argument. agree to disagree.

13. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.

14. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.

15. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.

16. Frame every so-called disaster with these words: 'In five years, will this matter?'

17. Forgive everyone for everything.

18. What other people think of you is none of your business.

19. GOD heals everything - but you have to ask Him.

20. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.

21. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch!!!

22. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.

24. Remember that you are too blessed to be stressed.

25. When you are feeling down, start listing your many blessings. you'll be smiling before you know it.

  储存谴责,憎恨,悲伤,恐惧..等等?
切莫如此!你正在背离幸运
你务必留有空间,让新的事情来到你的生命
你务必在你内心以及你的生命中,
把没用的东西清掉,以让幸福到来
空虚的力量就是能吸引与摄取你所期望的事物.
物质上或精神上,只要你仍有老旧无用的感觉,
你就没有空间去接受新机运.
物品总要循环,
清一清你的抽屉,衣柜,工作室,车库…
把那些不再使用的东西清离开
想要保存一堆没有用东西的心态,
把你的生活打乱.
并不是那些东西拖延你的生活
而是那个存留的心态
当我们储存,我们认为可能需要,可能缺乏
我们相信明天它会不足,以及我们没办法去满足需要.
为此,你告诉你的大脑和你的生命,两件事:
第一, 你不信任明天
第二,你认为新的和好的事,不会为你来临
因此你鼓励自己储存老旧无用的东西

   亲爱的老公,你到哪儿去了呢?这半年来,每天早晨我为你洗脸、梳头、刮胡子,再备上一碗温热细柔的蛋花汤做为一天的序幕。而今,刮胡刀静静地躺在角落,梳子不再忙碌穿梭,连温热的蛋花汤也无措地凉了下来。到底你到哪儿去了呢?
  他们说,你未曾远离,就伫在我身旁不远处。于是我费力地、仔细地找寻蛛丝马迹:风儿翻飞窗帘,我急急倚在窗前;电梯叮当作响,我匆匆候在门边;午夜梦回,我睁亮双眼,是你吗?是你前来抚慰我的悲凄吗?
  他们说,头七当日,你会回家探视亲人,于是我把菜肴、点心、热茶布上餐桌,和孩子们画一张欢迎海报,并清理书桌,留灯方便你寻路,孩子们也早早上床,盼你入梦。可是你终究没来,是你对我们太放心?是极乐世界太美妙,让你流连忘返?还是你不愿我们牵挂太多?
  感谢上天,也感谢亲朋的协助,让我们拥有数月珍贵的独处时光。俗务、孩子都卸下、舍下了,身体舒适时,我们唱唱歌、谈谈心、聊聊过往,偶尔提及孩子们的趣事,你竟笑出泪来,连眼睛、鼻子也皱在一块儿,那是我最安慰、最开心的时刻。你可知道,你的快乐是我最大的喜悦?当疼痛来袭,日子最是难挨,无论我多么努力,也难以分担你的一丝一毫,只能无助地握着你的手,默默流泪。
  你对我说:「妳的握手拥抱,比止痛针还有效。」我听了心如刀割:你是如何坚强的忍耐身心的疼痛啊!回首这六个月,犹如梦境一场,而你的离去,却是再难苏醒的恶梦。
  难忘每回周末,是我最煎熬的日子,孩子等我回家,对你又割舍不下。
  是啊!即使你病痛缠身,一星期只给孩子一晚,也是应该的,所以我终究回家陪孩子了。
  你嘴上不说,内心却极不安稳,有一天终于闹起脾气,家人束手,催我速速返院,而每次返院,又必先经历佑佑的落寞、小小的牵缠和元元的泪水。
  当时我真是既生气又伤心,大家都为你着想,我们还有孩子呢!你得学着坚强点啊!而今回首,悔恨不已,早知如此短促,我当无时无刻守候、让你安心、让你快乐、让你一睁眼就能见到我。
  还记得某一天,我俩在病榻前闲话家常,一向木讷的你,突然对我说:「我这辈子最好的事就是娶到妳。」,「谢谢妳对我这么好。」当时内心百感交集,不知如何回应,只能无言拥抱。其实,我也同样感谢你,感谢你丰富了我的生命,留下无尽善缘与无穷回忆,供我来日细细品味。
